Shot@Life. A brand new United Nations Foundation campaign that is dedicated toward giving children in developing countries a shot at life, through the use of vaccines for preventable diseases. I just learned that a child dies every 20 seconds from a preventable disease, that can be prevented just by these vaccines.

I am actually currently attending the Shot@Life summit in Washington D.C., where we are all learning about how to creatively fundraise for this cause. Besides, it only takes $5 to vaccinate a child for polio and measles, two of the deadliest killers for children in developing countries. And only $20 to vaccinate a child from multiple diseases. Help save a child's life today. No donation is to small to help, and something is better than nothing :)

Over time, I've heard things about a website, Picnik.com. I heard about it online, in Seventeen Magazine, and even face to face. Just the other day, I finally decided to see what it was. Picnik is a photo-editing tool online! I love to put pictures into a collage, a slideshoe, or even just play around with the fun frames and stickers. You can even retouch your pictures! I've been having lots of fun with Picnik. The picture above is a collage I made. I made it from "modeling" pictures I took of my sister!

Downloadable Collage for a Binder!

This summer I worked on a collage for my back to school binder. You can actually create your own custom made photo binders from Avery at Zazzle! The cover design I made can be downloaded from anywhere in the world. Visit my mom's blog to get the download.

My inspiration was back to school themed, since everybody goes back to school during this time of year. I included many different Polyvore collages and put them all together to be the front cover design. On the Avery Zazzle website, you can upload any picture, have it printed on a custom-made binder and it will ship to your door! You can use my collage or create your own from Avery!

It's finally gotten sunny and hot this summer! I decided to dedicate 2 new Polyvore collages to the great sunny start to a great summer(even thought some clouds are now coming in!) I've read in many fashion magazines that aqua and navy or aqua and yellow are a great new color combo that many wouldn't think of. I love that skirt(Marc Jacobs Silk-blend ruched skirt) so I remade that outfit with a black blazer, a hot pink skirt, and black tights. The flats cute bow accent is cute too. See the Oreos? Those are like the one that's on my banner! That would be a great outfit to wear to a special occasion!
